- ELIGIBILITY
Customers placing orders must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.
Where a purchaser is not legally capable of entering into the transaction independently, the purchase should be made by an appropriate parent, guardian or authorised person.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
HiTechNest makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, availability and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting or reasonable manufacturing variations.
Minor manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the advertised function or specification may occur.
Nothing in these Terms permits HiTechNest to intentionally supply a product materially different from the product confirmed in the customer’s order.
- PRICING
The price payable for a standard online order will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout.
Applicable taxes, discounts and any other compulsory charges will be displayed as required during the purchase process.
Eligible standard products include free standard shipping as stated in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
HiTechNest will not intentionally add undisclosed compulsory charges after an online purchase has been completed.
- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is subject to stock.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and payment received, HiTechNest may:
- Offer the customer an appropriate alternative; or
- Cancel the unavailable product and refund the amount collected for it.
The customer will not be required to accept an alternative product.
- ORDERS
Submitting an online order represents the customer’s request to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted for fulfilment when HiTechNest confirms it for processing.
HiTechNest may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical error;
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment failure;
- Delivery restrictions; or
- Other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Where an accepted prepaid order is cancelled by HiTechNest and cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount collected will be refunded.
- PAYMENT
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.
The customer confirms that any payment method used for an order is authorised for such use.
HiTechNest does not intentionally store full card details where those details are processed directly by an authorised payment gateway.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery of standard e-commerce products are governed by the HiTechNest Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Eligible standard e-commerce products receive free standard shipping to serviceable locations in India.
Delivery estimates displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible standard online purchases are governed by the HiTechNest Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy.
The standard return window is 30 calendar days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
- WARRANTY
Where a manufacturer warranty or HiTechNest warranty applies, the relevant warranty details will be provided on the product page, invoice, packaging, warranty card or accompanying documentation.
Warranty rights are separate from the standard return policy and applicable consumer rights.
- INSTALLATION
Purchase of a product does not automatically include installation, configuration, electrical work, civil work or other professional services unless expressly stated as included.
Where an installation service is offered separately, its scope and price will be disclosed before the customer purchases that service.
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and delivery details;
- Reviewing product specifications before ordering;
- Using products according to supplied instructions;
- Using appropriately qualified persons for installation where required; and
- Not using products unlawfully or in a manner contrary to applicable safety requirements.
- WEBSITE USE
You must not:

- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the website;

Unless otherwise stated, HiTechNest branding, original website text, graphics, layouts, photographs and other proprietary content are owned by or lawfully used by HiTechNest.
No provision of these Terms grants permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content except where permitted by law or authorised in writing.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may rely on third-party services including:
- Payment gateways;
- Courier and logistics providers;
- Hosting and technology providers;
- Communication providers;
- Analytics platforms; and

This provision does not remove remedies that applicable law requires HiTechNest to provide.

We will endeavour to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or other lawful forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

HiTechNest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, services or business operations.

For an existing order, the terms applicable when the order was placed will generally continue to apply unless a change is required by law.
