The E8 No Balcony retains the iconic spaceship layout and premium build of the E8 but removes the balcony to create additional usable interior space in the front room. This extra space can be configured as a kitchen and living room, a master bedroom, or any personalized arrangement. The enclosed design makes it particularly suitable for cold regions such as high-altitude sites, ensuring superior thermal insulation. The model features the same anti-seismic hot-dip galvanized steel main frame (100×100mm, 2.6 tons), 2.5mm aluminum exterior with fluorocarbon baking paint (30-year guarantee), 50mm polyurethane foam insulation, and 8+12A+8mm hollow Low-e glass. All capsules can be transported fully loaded or disassembled — for large disassembled projects, the HiTechNest engineering team can visit your site to guide assembly and installation, saving freight costs. Inner walls use 6mm carbon crystal board. Whole-house HVAC, water heater, ambient lighting, intelligent access control, and top-brand bathroom fixtures are standard.
